Ted The Caver
If you haven’t read it already, I strongly suggest that you check out this little piece of literary genius. Ted the Caver is an excellent late summers night read for any fan of caving, horror or Lovecraft. The website acts as a sort of journal for a man named Ted who happens upon a rather interesting cave somewhere in the United States. His adventure exploring this so aptly dubbed “mystery cave” with his friend “B” comes to a dramatic and satisfying climax.
I read through it in a single night, but some people would probably find it easier to read in chapter segments.

I remember when you first show that to me… I read through damn near the whole thing in one sitting, it was so engrossing. Eye strain couldn’t keep me away, even though it become more and more obvious that it wasn’t real (which, at the start, I thought it was actually real).
It’s really something that everybody should read… it gave me goose bumps for a while, it made me paranoid and a little jumpy, which is something that rarely happens to me when it comes to stories (or TV shows or movies, for that matter) which are intended to do such that.
So, yeah, read it. And then make sure everybody you knows reads it, especially the really jumpy and easily scared. That’ll be fun to watch.
